Foriegn Policy Magazine has a list of the 60 most "failed states", and I don't have to tell you what continent most of these countries are from. Its funny because I have been to or know many people from these "failed states" and they have no qualms about living back home. Sonja Uwimana (Never met her, but I love her and her opinions) from Africa is a Country sums it up best.
