I am Aminchi Musa, son of Musa Asake, son of Asake Tunzwang, son of Tunzwang Turaki son of Turaki Asake. I am a member of the Bajju tribe who reside in southern Kaduna Nigeria. I have a history and a culture that I was born into, taught and raised with. It makes me like millions in the diaspora fundamentally unique. Instead of embracing this we in the diaspora strive to be like those who don't have this fundamental uniqueness. Why is that? 'Tis a slippery slope my people, 'tis a slippery slope.
